I have a nvidia gforce fx 5900xt graphics card that has worked fine until now.
the problem started when the signal to the monitor was not output.
The problem is being caused only when the power supply plug is connected to the card.
the pc does not boot up even though the hdd spins up.
if remove the power cord from the card the pc boots up and a message says that in order for the pc to run safely the graphics will atomatically run at a lower rate.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
