Citrix / Outlook 2000 error

I have a number of users running a desktop environment on
Citrix XP Presentation server which has been running all
in house applications and microsoft suite of applications
quite happily for a number of months.

One user in the last two days when using Microsoft outlook
after 30 seconds shuts down. The mailbox is ok as I have
opened the users' mailbox on the LAN and not through
Citrix and Outlook is fine.

The Citrix server is a Windows 2004 server and reports the
following in the Server Application Log:

Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 9.0.0.2416,
faulting module RECALL.DLL, version 9.0.0.3508, fault
address 0x000052c8.

I have removed all traces of the user's Profile on both
the PDC and the Citrix server and re-created, the same
issue occurs...

Any ideas please!

I have since resolved this issue, my user had a recall
message item in their mailbox which Nisar Butt (who has
logged a problem with his recall message going beserk) had
issued.

Deleted the recall item all is now ok.
