Citrix 1.8 FR3, SP3 and 891861

I am about to approve 891861 the SP4 rollup.

My Citrix server runs feature release 3 service pack 3.

Does 891861 issue solved in 904711 affect Citrix service pack 3?

According to both Citrix and Microsoft, the issue affects only
Metaframe XP and Presentation Server 3.0 and 4.0, not MetaFrame 1.8

But as with any update, I would recommend to install it on a test
server before you take it into production.
