Citrix Out of Memory Errors (OL2000 SP3)

I have 4 Win2000 servers in a Citrix farm - 2 running Win2K SP3/Citrix
Feature Release 2 and 2 running Win2K/Citrix Feature Release 3.

Since adding the 2 FR3 machines to the farm, I am getting Out of
Memory errors when attaching any kind of file to a new Outlook 2000
SP3 message. This is happening on all 4 machines in the farm, even
when logged in locally.

This is also happening regardless of the number of users logged in.

I have found that recreating the user's outlook profile gets around
the problem, but I'd love to find out if there is an easier way of
solving this problem.
