cisvc.exe hogging cpu

The cisvc.exe hogs up my cpu causing all programs to run exceeding slow,
please help.

Part of Indexing Service. Disable it.

|| DUH! Hide the problem instead of fixing it.

He could always set Indexing Service to be extremely lazy, but I usually
recommend turning the ****er off as its a useless piece of junk.
