CireroUIWndFrame compressing files before switching off

My machine displayed the above as I was switching off
then it hung XP. I had too use the the socket switch to
switch off as it hung.

What was the problem

Google Is Your Friend(tm), although you've mistyped the error message.
It is CiceroUIWndFrame and a search on Google using that search term
will bring you the information you need; i.e., turn off speech and
recognition in MS Office.
