Choosing "Send To" Option for Doc in My Documents

When we highlight a Document in "My Documents" and "Right Click" on it a drop
down list of options appears. We choose "Send To" and choose "Mail Recipient"
and click on it. This actions calls a blank email from Outlook 2002. However
it does not call the default setup for emails like HTML Format instead of
Plain Text; Clear Day Background; Default signature file, including
Confidential Statement attached thereto. All of these work if one goes the
other way around and starts with Outlook. We have an integrated program
running that calls it the way it's described above and we would like a fix
for this problem.

The default method uses hooks into the default mail program and that always
uses the outlook editor. Instead, you'll need to create a shortcut like
this:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note
and put it in the Send to folder. Choose it when you r-click on a document.

Thanks, Diane. Now I have to take your suggestion to a Third Party Software
Vendor who integrates with Microsoft Products and get them to incude your
hook in the code. I've loaded your suggestion on my desktop and it works.
Thanks again, I'll be sure to visit your website(s).
