Signature Missing

When you right click on a file, and click Send To, and choose Mail Recipient,
the email signature is not inserted into the email.

I did find this article: OL2000: Signature Not Inserted When "Send To" Mail
Recipient is Used
(249129)

but it is for Outlook 2000, and we have Outlook 2003... can anyone confirm
this is still an issue?

Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures, select a signature for Replies and
Forwards or use Insert on the menu to do it manually.

So, I'll take this as a yes, that this is a bug in Outlook that hasn't been
fixed. Thanks.
