Choosing a different e-mail signature then the default in Outlook

In previous versions of outlook one signature was set as default. However,
you could choose any of your signatures to insert and delete the other when
composing a signature. I can no longer find this function when composing an
e-mail in 2003. Has the function been completely omitted and you are stuck
with one or copy and paste the other in??
 
Are you using Word as the editor? If so, r-click on the sig to switch.
