Choices for VIVO, TV card, TV box or USB TV box

Hi all,

I'm thinking about watching sky TV from my monitor. I was told that I
can have it done either by a VIVO display card, a separate TV card or
choices of USB or non-USB TV boxes.

I wonder which gives a better performance among the others?
