CHKDSK Question

Our system is a Dell PowerEdge running Windows 2000 SP4 all Patches up to
July. We have a ttached powervault with 1.4gb vollume using 1.2gb space. We
are having corruption problems as shown below
..

If I run CHKDSK /F on this volume what type of results may I face?

Windows will attempt to repair the damage at any and all costs. So have
backups on hand before proceeding.
