Chipmunks in Window MP

I've recently got a new computer and playing music at first was no problem.
Now when I play music, from a network, from my hard drive, or even off a CD
or DVD it is sped up. Can anyone help me? I have try the whole rebooting
thing and have installed the new Windows MP10 but its still not working.

Any help would be great!

With Media Player open, click on View, Enhancements, Play
Speed Settings and see if something is wrong there.
There are "slow" "Normal" and "Fast" settings.
