Chinese Language

What problem? I don't use Messenger but some apps on
Windows don't know anything about Chinese. Some apps do
things "the Microsoft way" and expect any Chinese to be
pasted as Unicode. Some (especially older) Chinese apps
only expect characters in GB or Big5. This can make for
some interesting cutting and pasting.
 
I got it working again...
Try :
Control Panel -> Reg Language setting -> Adv Tab -> and select the version
of Chinese that you want to included. In my case, I picked Chinese(PRC).

My Po Po works, my Messenger, I could cut and paste Chinese char on it...
Life is wonderful again..
