Chimp Demo locks up X800 XL

Hey all,

I have the agp X800 XL that runs everything sweet and runs cool. I have a
homebuilt 3000+ 64 AMD with 1 gig ram and all is well. I also have the
latest version of Ati's catalyst software running for my HTPC. So, I wanted
to show off my chimp demo on my 52 in. HDTV. But, the demo locks up even on
just my monitor. It seems like my experience is telling me its a resolution
issue or driver. It worked fine on older versions of catalyst. Is this an
issue with the X800 cards with the latest catalyst? I hate to change what I
have as I run WMV HD stuff as well and its kind of picky.

Any suggestions?

Dumbass me downloaded the Mac version. Problem solved.

So at what stage did the demo lock up? I'm surprised the Mac version will
even run at all under Windows.
