Chilean Naval video released

Just over two years ago this was taken. The experts have been scrutinising it since and still cannot explain whats going on

Well that was pretty intriguing @TriplexDread, particularly the footage near the end. Around 46 secs into the video, I thought it looked rather like another helicopter, there even seemed to be the outline of four rotors. But obviously, that was ruled out by the experts who examined the vid... and of course, by that very baffling end bit.
