child domain and parent domain.

Howdy,

So I was told the child domain doesnt repilcate to the parent domain. If
doenst repilcate, then how come I cant creat a user that has the same user
as the parent DC? What do I need to do to able to creat the same users as
the parent dc?

Because you are probably specifying the same UPN (User Principal Name) to
that account. UPN's must be unique forest wide.
