Hi there
I have been trying to send an email all morning and it is just not working!!
I want to include a form with CHECKBOXES.

I have created in Word--and also Outlook--But when I send test email to
myself the check boxes have disappeared!!! what am I doing wrong??
Thanks

"what am I doing wrong??"

1. Not posting your version of Outlook/Word
2. Not posting your mail account type
3. Not posting how you created the form
4. Not posting how you saved/published the form
5. Not posting how you are attempting to send the form
6. Not posting error messages you are getting
7. Not defining "not working"

To add to what Millie said, the only way you're probably going to be able to get a checkbox on a custom message form to work is if you can publish it to the Organizational Forms library on your company's Exchange server and if you're sending those messages only to other Outlook users.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms

I have no problem sending and receiving HTML messages with checkboxes in
it. I created the checkboxes in Frontpage, copied it, and pasted into
the Outlook message.
