Emails wont send in Outlook 2007

I have 2 email stuck in my outbox that will not send. There is no error
message. Also, I have trouble sending other emails, they get stuck, so I
close outlook. It will not reopen on its own. I have to reboot computer.
Once I do this and reopen the program, they will send. the first two are
still stuck. The two that are stuck are email that I was sending to myself
to test things. Also, when writing and sending email, I have two send
buttons. I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows vista on a wireless network.

Great, thanks, I was able to get rid of the ones that have been stuck forever.
No, I do not get any errors on the ones that are not sending. They just sit
there until I reboot. I can not just close and then re-open outlook. I have
to reboot my computer to get outlook to reopen and funtction.
