Checking Windows XP Professional disk for Dns server

I was checking the disk for the dns server. I dont know if I plan to install
it later. Where and how could I locate it?

It should be on the disk. Right?
 
Windows XP doesn't have a DNS server.

How about Bind 9.X.X Third party that may be downable for Windows XP?

I have assumed that Windows DNS Server is also be able to download to my
Windows XP Professional. Wrong again?
