Checking FAT32 or NTFS

On a Windows computer, where would you go to check if the harddisk is
FAT32 or NTFS? I don't want to change anything, just to check. I've
read that MMC is one place but it doesn't always display the harddisk
info.

Open the defrag applet.

My Computer or Windows Explorer..
Right-Click on the drive root (Local Disk (C:) for example) and choose
properties.
Look under the General tab.

Notice...

Type:
FileSystem:
