Checkbox in MS Word changes

Hi, great forum. Can I ask how to create checkboxes such that the YES and NO
checkboxes can allow for only one box to be clicked. I have a document that
has both yes and no checkboxes and both can be selected. I would ideally only
require one to be selected. For eg, if YES is selected, then users shouldnt
be able to check NO too. Help plssssssssssss
