Check Files System

Hi all,

I'm getting this annoying error everytime i start up my
Win2000 Pro pc. I keep getting a message "Checking Files
System" and I runs for about 10 minutes adn my computer
starts and really slow. Sometime it restart itself.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

How are you shutting down the operating system? The IDE cache delay issue
does not apply to W2K unless you didn't follow the appropriate instructions
during an OS upgrade procedure. Is this an upgraded OS?

Identify the hard drive manufacturer and download their diagnostic utility
in the case you are getting failed sectors.
