I have the exact same problem and I have been checking all
over the place and I can't find the answer. I don't have
your e-mail but here is mine (e-mail address removed). If I get
the answer I will send it to you. I hope you will do the
same for me.
If I don't come up withsomething soon I am going to try
paid support from Microsoft as my computer manufacturer
did not have a clue. I even bought Norton Utilities, which
is what my computer manufacturer suggested and it was a
waste of money.
