Check box location

Recently I am getting a pop up type dialog box "Always ask
before opening this type of file." on Windows 98. I went
to Help on Downloads and it says to clear the check box to
stop these boxes. I can't find the check box. Can anyone
tell me where it is?

Disable "Confirm open after download" option for that filetype:
