Changing WinPE default drive letter of X:

Is there is a way change what the default drive letter is when booting
WinPE from a hard drive? Currently it boots as X:. Is there some
setting in txtsetup.sif or winbom.ini or some other settings file which
would direct WinPE to boot as something other than X:?

I have looked in the docs and searched the newsgroups finding nothing
to help me in my situation.

In RTM/SP1 it would float to the next available driver letter, but with SP2
the drive letter in WinPE is hard coded to X:, there are no options to change
this behavior.
