Changing W2K logon Screen

I have been trying to change the logon screen(the one that
says press CTRL, ALT, and Delete to login), to no avail,
can somoeone help me out with this?

Thanks for the info and I will do that as well now, but I
am looking to change the pop up window that is displayed
once 2K finishes booting. It pops up and states "Press
Ctrl-Alt-Delete to Logon" with a keyboard icon next to the
left of it and a blue Help hyperlink near the right bottom
corner. Any words on this would be grateful. Thanks
