changing users?

Hi

I go to user accounts and click on" change the way users log on and off" but it wont let me . It keeps coming up as "Client services for netware has disabled the welcome screen " it says i have to disable it to restore this feature but i cant find it . It's not in my add or delete programs . Your help is much needed.

Go to Control Panel > Network, right-click on your connection and
choose properties, go to the Network tab, select 'client services for
netware' and click on uninstall.
