Changing User Accounts

We have several computers in our office that were set up with Administrator
user accounts. I want to change the accounts to either a restricted user or
Power user. When I first tried changing to a restricted user I had a few
problems they were:

1. AutoCad would not open. Stated I needed to reinstall.
2. Could not open up a word document. Did not have rights to.. Just on one
machine, others were fine.
3. Half of the favorite links in Explorer did not work.

Changed user to a power user and it fixed problem 1. Have had to change user
back to administrator.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check your NTFS permissions. Normal users may have insufficient
access rights to the word document folder and the place where you
keep your favourites.
