Changing the window whn opening Windows Explorer

How do I change the window which opens when I open Windows Explorer which
shows at present My Documents in C to another showing window in E.

(This will open your E drive.)

I created the short cut but I got a message "not valid name"

I also went to the web site and they said after the exe/to put E:\
instead of e,E: but it also rejected the name
