Changing the way to view Flagged messages

I posted this message yesterday, but I think it got lost -

I'm flagging my messages for tracking for X number of days to follow-up on and I'm viewing my messages in the in-box using the "BY FOLLOW-UP FLAG" to keep track of what is FLAGGED, COMPLETED, and NORMAL - in that order". Everytime I get a new message, my 3 groups automatically open up to show all my messages in the in-box which is fine, however, I don't want my COMPLETED group to be shown before my NORMAL group...

IS THERE ANYWAY TO MOVE THE 'COMPLETED' GROUP SO IT DISPLAYS AFTER THE 'NORMAL' GROUP???

No, the groups are sorted by the numeric values represented by the Flagged, Completed, and Normal labels.
