Changing the Toolbar . . .

Is there any way, including working with the Registry or associated DLLs,
that will allow the toolbar to have "text only"? At the moment, user options
are "icons and text" or "icons only".

Just noticed that in the "Mac" version, "text only" is possible.
So, would be interested in knowing if this can be done in the Windows
version.
