changing the reviewer name for exisiting comments

While working with a Word 2002 document, I entered some comments and made
changes in the 'track changes' mode.

Now, I want to change the name that is displayed in the baloon that is
appearing for these changes/comments.

I tried changing the name in the Tools > Options > User Information option.
But this only changes the name in the new comments/changes.

How do i change the name that is displayed for existing changes/comments?
