changing the DVD region

I'm trying to change my DVD region to play PAL, I am able
to change it all but when I click ok, I get a warning
saying I don't have administrative privilege but I am the
administrator, of the computer. Help please , this is
driving me batty!! Thanks

But did you log on as the administrator or as a user?
