The current default folder is OLK***. how do I change it to My documents or
a network drive location.

Change the 'Save In' box to a different folder and be sure to use the Save As
option on the File menu--not just Save or you won't get a choice of Save
locations. Use the dropdown arrow to change from the temporary folder. Better
to save it to a folder on your hard drive before you move to a network drive.

What I am looking for is a way to set the default folder that is saved to. I
have a user that just clicks save. He doesn't want to have to choose a
location every time. I know that is lazy, but that's the way it is. I know
you can set default file locations in Word and Excel. I expected you could
do the same for Outlook, but I can't find where.

That depends on your version of Outlook.
