Changing the default dialer

How do you change the default dialer that is run when you place a call from
the WAB?

Currently, I get the default dialer (Phone Dialer 1.5 ) that came with my PC
(Dell running XP Home).

I'd like to be able to click on 'call' in my address book, and have 'Classic
PhoneTools' by BVRP run instead.
