changing the color text for the icons on your desktop

How do you change the color text for the icons on your
desktop in Win XP? I tried the settings under
appearances and didn't have any luck. Any thoughts or
did I just miss something?

On the appearance tab, click advanced, scroll down to the icon listing, a color
selection will come up.
