Changing text colour

Does anyone know if you can change the text colour of a downloaded template
from microsoft?
Im a bit of a novice at pc stuff. So if anyone could help, that would be

Is this a template in Microsoft Access (the subject of this
newsgroup)? or some other program? If it's a Word template, please ask
in a Word newsgroup. Scroll down the list of groups on the left side
of the screen and find one for Word.

Terribly `sorry` for using the wrong discussion board, but as it was my first
time asking for help, i wasnt aware that there were different boards. I`ll
