Changing system Fonts

I like arial don't get me wrong, but my company prefers to
use Veranda as a default font system wide. Can this be
done?
 
Right-click on your Windows XP desktop and select:
Properties > Appearance > Advanced > Item and change
the Font for each applicable Item listed.
