Changing Status Bar Color??

Does anyone know how to change the color of the status
bar. Like when your downloading it's green on
the 'Default' color scheme, but redish brown when on
the 'Olive Green' one?

You have to get a third-party theme editor for Windows XP and create
your own theme or modify one of the existing themes.
