I like to change shortcut icons to my Word files. The System32.dll file is
insufficient for me. Where do I find more icons? Thanks ...

What is the point of this? Word uses icons from wordicon.exe and it removes
potential for grief if you leave the default settings.

I see - its the icons to for shortcuts to documents and not the documents
themselves. That's a little different from what I imagined and a change of
icon there wouldn't hurt.

I hadn't considered that possibility as I don't like to have all that
clutter on my desktop and use folders to separate documents by type.

If you search at Google for 'free icons' you will find hundreds of icons
that you can download.
