Changing program/drive icons....what am I missing here?!

I'm trying to change the icons for some of my programs
and my dvd drive (it currently displays a flashcard
icon). I used to go into properties and look for a
change icon button...but I can't find it anymore?!

I'm running Windows XP Media Edition.

Someone, please, please help me!
