Changing Printer Window Position

When I try to print in Outlook express the Printer Window
appears down under the status bar. I therefore have to
drag the printing window up so as to access the Print
button. How can I change so that when I want to print the
Printing window appears at the centre of my computer
screen.
 
Are you referring to the Print dialog?

Is it about as large or larger than your entire screen? If so, the only
thing you can do is increase your resolution, if possible.
