changing position of open programs in taskbar?

Erwin Moller

Hi,

This is a bit of a silly question, but does anybody know a way to change
the position of the open programs icons in the taskbar?
They cannot be dragged like the quicklaunch icons.

Thanks.

Yes, I have used two free ones in the past which worked well. But I can't
think of what they are called anymore. But they do exists. :)

A search at Download.com, for "Taskbar" netted "Taskbar Shuffle",
"Taskbar Organizer 1.01", and probably many others.

You can not do it natively, but can google and find third-party
software that will do this.
