When writing reports my wife has a vast library of earlier examples and
rather than writing new ones from scratch, she copies and pastes the most
suitable paragraph, and modifies it where neccessary. Problem is going
through and changing the pupil's names and the chance of missing one... So
in Word, is it possible to set it up to change say a every Emma in a given
paragraph to Sophie? An d then the next one David to Josh and so on? If
anyone can help we would be very grateful...
