Changing my boot partition using WinXP?

I was curious if anyone knows how I might be able to change my 'boot'
partition b/w drives.

/right now I have three drives in my PC.

C: drive (60gb drive) maked as 'system' partition
F: Drive (12gb drive) maked as 'boot' partition
D: Drive (120gb drive) maked as 'active' partition

My ulimate goal is to move everything to the D drive (make it a C:\)
and remove the others.

I'd like to at little least make the current C drive my boot partition
so that I can remove the existing F drive and then ghost the existing C
to the D.

Does anyone know how I can set my C drive to be the BOOT partition
without completely hosing my PC?

Thanks.

The installation of XP on C Drive will make it the boot partition.

It cannot be made 'bootable' unless you install a copy of the operating
system.

There may be other who suggest otherwise, such as cloning etc, however it is
mor than likely that you will have to perform a repair installation after
cloning, given the variation in HDD sizes.
