Changing language

Would there be any problems with hardware or bios etc if i bought an computer
in italy with windows in italian, wiped the hard drive and reinstalled an
english version?

No, it will Wipe any info from any Software before and Install your new OS.
 
So no probs taking it back to Australia, plugging in peripherals etc

Hopefully not, if the installation gone Okay and you are Up to dates with
patches to your OS and the Peripherals installed have the latest Drivers from
the Manufacturer all will be Okay.
