Changing how logon screen looks?

I have changed the XP logon screen to the classic look. I
don't really like the blue background on the logon
screen, cause it's so plain. Can I apply my own
background for it?

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop

Here you can change the logon screen's properties. For guidance, you can
compare the settings here to the ones in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
