Changing fonts in incoming mail

A chap I have to email regularly sends me mail using a 14pt cursive font
which is almost impossible to read. How do I create a custom rule to display
his mail as plain text, or to change the font to something more readable? (I
don't want to apply this to all incoming mail, only his)

There is no rule what can do what you ask. Why not request the chap to
refrain from sending you such messages?
