Changing email sent color

I know how to set up email colors for incoming mail but what about mail I
send OUT ?? Can I change it from black to say red for something I want the
recipients to see is urgent (ie RED)... thanks

If you are talking about the message list, no. That is a user defined
setting for their client, not set by an external sender. For text within a
message, maybe. You can send the mail in HTML or RTF and set the color of
the text, but not all clients will show the text formatting.
