Coloring incoming mail from unknown mail address.

hey all,
i was asked by my CEO to find a way to color in red any incoming mail from
outside of the organization. i know there is a way to color specific mail
address but i want to do the opposite, color any unknown (not in my exch'
server) mail addresses.

bay the way im working with Outlook 07.

Hey Diane,
first of all thanks for helping.
i didn't understand, should i write a rule using '@'? something like: 'any
mail from *@*.com color red'?
to make myself clearer, if the mail is coming from any email outside of my
mail server i want it to be colored in red.

Just @ will work as the condition. See

That is the only condition in my autoformatting rule. Mail within my
exchange server is black - everything with an @ in the from address is lime.
